Musicality - Cultivating Vulnerability through Music

Taught by Bob Murray with Jeremiah McLane and Deb DeGraff

Music can be a place of deep vulnerability and a doorway to self-discovery for many of us – who has not felt passion about music in some way?

This class is for those who want to work that edge, standing in the spotlight, sharing of themselves musically in a nonjudgmental and warmly supportive environment. Students can explore this through singing and/or playing any instrument.

Through the vulnerability of stepping to that edge, standing in our fear, feeling exposed and supported, we get the opportunity to explore the realm of our real voices, our true selves.

So if you feel the urge to sing and play and share from the experience of this kind of vulnerability as it relates to the dreamwork homework, please join us. For the first time, this class in now being offered by Webex (Bob is doing Skype Musicality lessons and it’s working beautifully), so we’re excited that Musicality is now available to so many more of you, regardless of geography.

No musical experience of any kind is necessary. Simply the desire to explore oneself deeper by way of song, to reveal hidden passion, to hear and express the voice within.
